Important General Conditions
Adhering to the agreed schedule is necessary to avoid delays for both parties as well as other schedules.
All prices are fixed for both Adults and children.
If reservation deposit is not settled within 4 days once reservation is made, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
I can be contacted on my WhatsApp for reservations by the client herself, no mediocre.
For reservations at remote locations, I would highly appreciate if a driver can pick me up and drop me in order to avoid delays and tension.
On Fridays, I accept reservations for either a group of 5 Girls or more, OR a bride with her bridesmaids. While, during weekdays, any number of clients is accepted.
Reservation confirmation is required a week before.
It’s necessary at the time of reservation to advise if there are any skin issues such as Acne, irritations, hyper allergy ..etc. in order to prepare the necessary suitable materials.
Please make sure that skin is clean with no previous makeup residue or any moisturizer.
No children nor ladies gatherings in the makeup room to avoid distractions and to have better results. However, playing (low tone) music is possible.
No smoking is allowed at the makeup room during the makeup session nor before my arrival to the room due to my hyper sensitivity to smoking, also in order to avoid tuning the makeup from opening and closing the balcony door.
Photography inside the makeup room is not allowed without my knowledge as I don’t usually wear my hijab when performing makeup to clients.
It’s highly appreciated not to eat during the makeup session, or to have food in the makeup room or eating food that contains (garlic and onions) before the makeup session.
Usage of cellphones during the makeup session is not allowed to avoid wasting time and delays for both parties.
It’s highly appreciated if I don’t have to be at the room with the hairstylist as I am allergic to the hair spray and the hair dryer smell.
If during the work of the hairstylist, the makeup is ruined for any whatsoever reason, it’s purely the responsibility of the hairstylist and thus, I respectfully reject to retouch the makeup.
Retouching the makeup made by another makeup artist or the makeup performed on the client (either due to eating or if the client personally modified it without my advice) is respectfully not allowed.
In case Makeup shall be performed at home, I would appreciate if someone can assist me with my makeup bags.
I would appreciate to be provided of a table for the Makeup (preferably 1.50 m x 0.50 m with appropriate height).
In case Makeup shall be performed at hotel, no men are allowed at the suite even if the makeup is performed at a closed room to insure privacy for both parties.
I don’t sell lashes nor allow the usage of/ lending my makeup for personal usage during the makeup session.
In case of group bookings:
If the number of the group has changed, it’s important to inform me longer time before.
In case of a cancellation of any member of the group 1 month before, the
reservation deposit if that member shall not be refunded.
In case of a cancellation of any member of the group 1 week before or on the same day of the makeup event, Full amount from the cancelled member(s) must be paid.
